I need help with placing my order

Where is my order?

    You can check the status of your order in the My Account section and you will receive updates via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the delivery details. You will be provided with a tracking link; for large items and orders a Pallet haulier will contact you to book your delivery for a convenient day.

How long does delivery take?

    Our Standard Free delivery option is 2-7 working days to mainland Ireland and mainland France. Some items have a longer lead time and this will be advised on product pages and confirmed during the checkout.

I am a Trade Customer, how do I register?

    You can register for a Trade account via this page. All Trade customers receive between 10% - 15% discount across all items.

I have received a damaged Item

    In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please send an image of the damage to as soon as possible, with your order number and product details, and a member of the team will be in touch.

How do I return an item?

    We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return please contact us at You can organise your own carrier or we can provide a collection quote from one of our selected carriers. Please provide the below details in your correspondence:

    • Order Number
    • Product(s) to be returned
    • Number of Parcels
    • Collection address
    • Contact phone number
    • Confirm if quote is required or supply tracking details of own carrier

    Whilst we endeavour to process the return and refund from receipt of the goods as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days for the money to show in your account. All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

Do you offer technical product support?

    Yes, all our products are provided with installation guides, which you can find in the 'Guides' tab on the product details page. For any other queries, including obtaining instruction manuals in foreign languages, please contact our specially trained product team via email

How do I download a copy of my invoice?

    Account holders can login to the My Account section to access and download invoices.

    For customers without an existing BestHeating account, please upload your information (order ID, billing info, email address) to our order information page, where you’ll find a detailed overview of invoices, shipments or refunds related to your order(s).
