Some orders, customers or products (including business-to-business purchases, customised goods, or requests submitted outside the statutory withdrawal period) may not be eligible for withdrawal.

If your request is accepted, we will provide further instructions and any required returns documentation, including a commercial invoice where applicable.
If your request is not accepted, we will contact you to explain the reason and outline any next steps.
