HOW TO APPLY
Fill in and submit our online application form. You will need to provide us with your proof of trade as outlined below.
Once we’ve received your application, it will be processed within 48 hours. When your account is live and ready to use, we’ll send you a confirmation email and your dedicated account manager will give you a call. It’s that simple!

PROVIDING PROOF OF TRADE
To confirm that you are eligible to open a BestHeating Trade Account, you will need to provide some information as proof of your trade status. This can be entered on our online application form. We accept the following:
- Company Registration Number
- VAT Registration Number
- GAS SAFE Number
Alternatively, you can select “other” in the application form and one of our trade account executives will give you a call and request one of the following:
- A recent invoice for work you have completed
- Letter-headed paper with your business details and nature of your trade
- Any membership details of other trade accounts that are held in your name

As a trade person you may need a longer return period if customers change their mind, so we are offering you a 365 day returns service, much longer than our standard 30 days period for non-trade customers.
